Felina Backer believes that music and education have the power to transform lives. She is committed to help improve the musical talents of young adults by sponsoring “a youth” at a time to pursue their musical dream. In 2002, Felina started The Fayministries Outreach, which has now become a sub-division of MIPO, Inc., a non-profit organization established to promote the quality of life of youths in the states and abroad by providing the following services: education, music, character building, medical care, apprenticeship training, family support, and scholarships. Their mission is to vigilantly help young men and women transition into adulthood. To this end, Felina and her team works with young adult who have an interest in the musical world and provide them with an avenue to learn the skills necessary to improve their musical abilities.
